  • How do I get started?

  • Do you accept insurance?
    Insurances accepted. Optum Cigna Aetna We do not accept Medicaid and Medicare and we do not work with EAPs Billing to insurance completed through Alma platform at the time of appointment. If your insurance is not listed above, we are out of network. We can provide a superbill/invoice for you to submit to insurance for out of network reimbursements. We can’t however guarantee reimbursement . If you aare using insurance, please ensure that you fully understand your benefits to prevent any billing issues. You will likely be responsible for either as co-pay or full cost of session until you meet your deductible Be sure to check with your insurance company The It is your responsibility to determine the coverage you will receive for our service.
  • What age range do you work with?
    We see clients that are 18 and up
  • How do I reach you if I have questions in between appointments?
    You can reach out to us with questions or concerns via Spruce or patient’s portal for easy, secure communication. Messages will be returned between 1-2 business days. Reach out to us via your patient portal. We do not respond to text messages as it is not a HIPAA- complaint medium.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    Your appointment time is reserved for you alone. This practice requires 24 hours cancelling prior to your scheduled visit. Failure to cancel with less than 24 hour nin advance you will be assessed a $100 fee from your credit cards on file. Fees incurred for late cancellations and no shows are out pf pocket. This is meant to be punitive, with less than 24 hours notice , the provider will not be able to be filled by another client who needs the care, Missed appointment / no show are billed at the same rate as the visit By scheduling an appointment, you consent to this policy. A No show will be charged the cost of the scheduled visit. (Insurance companies will not reimburse for missed appointment fees)
